This one-week retreat combines the timeless wisdom of Yoga with variety of personal and spiritual growth tools, supporting a deep self-transformation journey. There will also be plenty of time every day for you to just relax and discover this beautiful land! We are looking forward to this transformational, rejuvenating, and empowering week together!

1st Day Arrival: Arrival is anytime after 14:00. The first yoga practice will start at 18:00.

7:15-8:15 Meditation, Mantra, Pranayama
8:15-8:30 Tea break
8:30-10:45 Yoga and Beyond - Transformational Session - Fire
11:00 Delicious brunch of variety of fresh food to rejuvenate our bodies
The major part of the day is free for your own exploration, either to go deeper within and relaxing at the retreat site or to explore the surroundings on walks through the magnificent countryside of Tuscany. At the Rural Villa Alberelli you can even enjoy cultivating, picking and eating organic vegetables.
18:00-19:30 Yoga and Beyond - Transformational Session - Nectar
19:30-20:00 Sunset Meditation and Pranayama
20:00 Delicious dinner from fresh food


8th Day Departure: The morning schedule will be same as the previous days: meditation, tea break and yoga practice. The retreat ends after delicious final day brunch. You are free to explore more on your own if you like!

*Ezgi will be offering variety of personal and spiritual growth and transformation tools throughout the retreat combining variety of her skills, both for the whole group and also available as personal holistic coaching. Please see below for details.

LOCATION:  Alberelli Agriturismo, Tuscany Italy

Agritourismo Alberelli is looking forward to welcoming us and taking care of us as best as possible. At the Rural Villa Alberelli you can even enjoy cultivating, picking and eating organic vegetables. Their vegetable garden is part of their farming traditions and which have been passed on to them from their grandparents as part of a treasure without of course losing sight of the new farming methods. Throughout the year you can enjoy freshly picked season vegetables and transform them into delicious recipes!


Transportation

You may choose to take the train or drive with your car depends on where you are coming from. Of you choose to take a flight, the closest airport to the retreat center is Florence Airport. The retreat center is about 1-1.5 hours driving from the airport. You may choose to rent a car for your convenience during the retreat OR we are able to arrange a group shuttle from/to the airport if you let us know in advance. The retreat cost does not include transport costs, but we plan to organize a shuttle bus from the airport to the agriturismo.

Zurich-Florence: August 3rd: 12:05-13:20

Florence-Zurich: August 10th: 19:05-20:20

What is included in the RETREAT Price?

  • Accommodation for 7 nights at the retreat center for double occupancy.

  • All group sessions with Ezgi Fisher for 8 days.

  • Daily brunch and dinner at the retreat center.

  • All yoga materials. However you may prefer to bring your own mat.

What is NOT-included in the RETREAT Price?

  • Flights & Airport Transfer

  • Individual personal coaching sessions with Ezgi Fisher

  • Individual astrology sessions/astrological coaching with Ezgi Fisher

  • Individual family and systemic constellations with Ezgi Fisher

  • Individual formal instruction sessions for Neelakantha Meditation with Ezgi Fisher
