The gathering mostly starts with Q&A followed by mantra and pranayama practices and group meditation.

* Neelakantha Meditation Gathering is open to all NMI initiates for free* 

If you have received your NMI initiation with Ezgi another time, or with Paul in June during Paul’s event in Zurich or somewhere else with another Authorized Neelakantha Meditation Teacher, you are most welcome to attend.

To attend this class, it is required to have the Neelakantha Meditation Practice.
