Welcome the new year with our weekend workshop of Yoga, Constellations, Reiki, Astrology and BEYOND.
This is our 5th edition! This time we put a twist on it! We go BEYOND!
Come join Ezgi (STAMBHA), Hamsa & Ariane (SPARK) to welcome the new year with resolutions that stick!
Each day will be introduced using Eastern & Western philosophical concepts such as the ‘Dance of Shiva’ & ‘Theory of the Archetypes’. This theoretical part will be followed by practical group & individual exercises.
Pre-Retreat Day: January 24 Friday
Friday January 24: (OPTIONAL) preparing your retreat with a private session
If you are interested in deepening your preparation for the weekend, you can book your private individual session of Astrology, Reiki, Family & Systemic Constellations, Personal or Business Coaching & Yoga. Bookings on request during the entire day. Sessions last between 60 & 90min.
For retreat participants we offer a 20% discount on all individual sessions offered on Friday and Monday. The individual session slots are first come first serve. We have limited capacity, so please sign up for your individual session as soon as possible.
Retreat Day 1: January 25 Saturday: 9:30-19:30
“ARRIVE and LET GO”
We will work on building trust and working on identifying blockages preventing us from trusting ourselves & others. We will also be focusing on identifying and releasing family and social conditionings hampering our freedom to Be and create. The day will be a combination of various dimensions of yoga, systemic constellations, astrology and BEYOND.
(with lunch break ~13:30-15:00)
Retreat Day 2: January 26 Sunday: 9:30-17:30
“MANIFEST and CELEBRATE”
We will focus on identifying our own present project, which may be related to ourselves, our relationships and/or our self-realization, and build a solid basis on which to build it. We will also be working on finalizing our project with a clear plan of action & celebrate it. The day will be a combination of various dimensions of yoga, systemic constellations, astrology and BEYOND.

Post-Retreat Day: January 27 Monday
Monday January 27: (OPTIONAL) Follow up your retreat with a private session
If you are interested in deepening your weekend experience, you may chose to book a private individual session of Astrology, Reiki, Family & Systemic Constellations, Personal or Business Coaching & Yoga. Bookings on request during the entire day. Sessions last between 60 & 90min.
