2022 Summer: 100-Hour Yoga Immersion in *ZURICH* with Ezgi Taslidere Fisher

Dive deep into the teachings of yoga for a deep self growth journey in this 11-day intensive immersion (100h) in the beautiful city of Zurich by the lake. This unique summer intensive is a new format for our 100-Hour Yoga Immersion. It will be an urban retreat in the beautiful city of Zurich, at our beautiful Zurich center just by the lake.

The Yoga Immersion (100hr) is designed to introduce a student to the vast disciplines of yoga; it is an in-depth study of yoga for all levels of student. Yoga is like a path that leads a student through the many lakes of peace, mountains of challenge and winds of change. How does the Immersion help a person navigate life’s pathways with skill, openness of mind and lead them towards happiness? The Immersion sets the basic premise that we are the goal, yoga practices lead us back to the beginning, our essential essence. Why take the Immersion? To learn the practices of yoga and how challenges are the rays of light which open our hearts and minds to the deepest part of ourselves.

The Immersion is for anyone who wants to learn about yoga. The Immersion can be taken separately without signing in for the Teacher Training. In the immersion students learn:

  • Yoga postures (asanas) that increase your physical strength and flexibility.

  • How to align your body optimally to relieve pain and increase overall health.

  • Breathing techniques (pranayama) that restore health, increase energy and decrease stress.

  • Meditation techniques that calm the mind and focus the mind while simultaneously learning and understanding the nature of the mind.

  • Learn how yoga philosophy central with Hindu Shaiva Tantra and also covering Patanjali’s Classical yoga to Advaita Vedanta to Bhagavad Gita help us understand life’s pathways.

  • You will meet wonderful people who share similar goals in life and make friends for life.

  • To guarantee the highest quality and level of learning, there are limited number of slots. We currently limit the slots to 18 students.

Students may receive a document of completion after completing the 100-Hour Yoga Immersion.

STAMBHA Yoga School is a Registered Yoga School (RYS®) with Yoga Alliance at 200hr level.

1st Day July 27th Wednesday: We will start at 15:30.

General Daily Schedule* (July 28-August 5) 9:30-20:00 Daily:

9:30-14:00 Morning Session

14:00-15:30 Lunch break

15:30-20:00 Afternoon Session

11th Day August 6th Saturday: We will end at 14:00.

You will be right by the magnificent Zurich lake and be able to dive in to the lake before morning session and/or during lunch break and/or after the afternoon session. The sun rises around 6am and sets around 9pm in August in Zurich, you will also have time after our session to see the magnificent sunset over the lake after your training day ends.

July 27th Wednesday 15:30 - to August 6th Saturday 14:00.

There will also be some homework implemented to do on your own time.

100hr Immersion**: payment by 25.05.22, early bird special, CHF 2175.-.
After 25.05.22, CHF 2325.- or in 3 installments: CHF 775.- (by 27.06.21 / 14.07.21 / 02.08.21). (Ask if you need other installment options)

  • Special opportunity: If you sign up for both 100hour STAMBHA Yoga Summer Immersion (July 27-August 6) and STAMBHA Magic Ride Summer Intensive (August 7-14), the reduced special price for both is CHF 4200.- by 29.06.22, and CHF 4500.- after 29.06.22.

**Accommodation is not included in the Immersion price.

200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Info

2022 200-Hour Yoga Immersion and Teacher Training with Ezgi Fisher in Zurich Switzerland (with special guest teacher Maya Keller**)

100-hour Yoga Immersion (July 27-August 6 2022) can be taken as a standalone training as described above, and it also serves as the first half of the full 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training if students intend to continue to complete the full training. The 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training consists of two halves. We call the first 100-Hour of the training as Yoga Immersion and the second 100-Hour as the Teacher Training. The second 100-hour of the training focuses on teaching and refinement of knowledge.

The 100-Hour Summer Immersion counts as the first half of the 200-Hour STAMBHA Yoga Teacher Training (the first 3 parts out of 6), so you also have the option to combine the intensive Summer immersion with the Teacher Training that will continue in Fall to complete the journey to 200 Hours:
