Ezgi will be teaching an in-person public workshop in Zurich after many years! We highly encourage you to join, we would love to welcome you!

A workshop designed to deepen your relationship with yourself and with your life, through the tools of Stambha Life Academy, ranging from Yoga and Personal Growth to Ancestral Work, Astrology, Somatic Healing, Reiki, Philosophy, Meditation and more.

We will be unpacking the Stambha concept and terminology of “Welcome, Become, Act” deeper.

May it be the first time you will be hearing this terminology or may you have heard it so many times from Ezgi before, this workshop is meant to meet you where you are in your life at this moment and take you into developing yet deeper connection with yourself, with your loved ones, and with your life.

Ezgi will be unpacking this teaching in multiple layers. What does it really mean to welcome oneself with all that is happening within you? What would it take for you to become who you are really meant to become? And what would it entail for you to act your true authentic self?

Welcoming is a very deep concept, which progressively means welcoming all layers of numbness and resistance within as much as all the bright and shiny parts, together with triggers. Our glimmers and triggers all need to be welcomed for us to become who we are really meant to. So we become more and more free to recognize and act our true authentic self.

We will exploring these concepts within our “welcome, become, act” framework, at progressively deeper layers, developing a deeper intimacy with our physical body, emotional, body mental body and beyond.

We will be embodying the concept of feel-move-feel (listen-act-listen) deeper, through our physical body and more.

There will be some embodied movement practices integrated throughout the worksop, as well as journaling practices to listen deep from within and ignite emotional connection with the self through guided internalizations.

Ezgi will be guiding you through inner contemplation and also teaching you various inner practices that you can take home with you to apply in your daily life.

We will also be exploring the three main Awareness Actions of Stambha Yoga Methodology to support the embodiment of the concept of “Welcome, Become, Act”. The three main Awareness Actions shine a guiding light for our daily physical, emotional, mental health and beyond.

We progressively refine our being to welcome, embrace, and embody the ultimate freedom in our divine essence. We continuously refine the art form of our being, which is a magnificent expression of divinity. As we do all that, we continue to seek, find, and live our true authentic self.
