The 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training consists of two halves. We call the first 100-Hour of the training as Yoga Immersion (consists of 3 modules) and the second 100-Hour as the Teacher Training (consists of 3 modules). The complete 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training consists of 6 modules.

This is a Yoga Alliance 200hour Registered Yoga Teacher Training.

STAMBHA Yoga School is a Registered Yoga School (RYS®) with Yoga Alliance at 200hr level.

What is in it for you?

The Yoga Immersion (100hr) is designed to introduce a student to the vast disciplines of yoga; it is an in-depth study of yoga for all levels of student. Yoga is like a path that leads a student through the many lakes of peace, mountains of challenge and winds of change. How does the Immersion help a person navigate life’s pathways with skill, openness of mind and lead them towards happiness? The Immersion sets the basic premise that we are the goal, yoga practices lead us back to the beginning, our essential essence. Why take the Immersion? To learn the practices of yoga and how challenges are the rays of light which open our hearts and minds to the deepest part of ourself.

Each student who completes the 100-hour Yoga Immersion can continue to learn and apply the life-embracing philosophy and knowledge of STAMBHA Yoga that we learn in the Immersion into teaching yoga. The second 100-hour of the training focuses on teaching and refinement of knowledge.

The 100-Hour Teacher Training uses the information, practices and community from the Immersion, to develop a safe and effective atmosphere for beginning teachers. All 3 parts of the Immersion are a pre-requisite for the Teacher Training. In the Teacher Training students are guided step by step through the complexities of teaching yoga.

Ezgi Taslidere after having taught many 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Trainings and Advanced Teacher Trainings in Anusara Yoga through STAMBHA Yoga School and FSY over the previous decade, she has founded the STAMBHA Yoga Methodology which is a unique holistic way and approach to Yoga and Self-growth, and she has been teaching that over the last decade. More info about STAMBHA Yoga School is here. Through this holistic yoga methodology, Ezgi has taught again many 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Trainings and Advanced Teacher Trainings. Including the Advanced Teacher Trainings, she has taught so far more than twenty teacher trainings, and is delighted to continue training teachers and teacher trainers on this holistic yoga path.

    Expect a high level of training, teacher trainees begin a progressive, clearly organized, and empowering process to begin teaching yoga to anyone.

    * A minimum of 15 participants is required for this training to begin. If this number is not reached, we may shift the training to a later date to ensure the depth, presence, and quality that STAMBHA stands for. In such a case, your registration will remain fully valid, and you will be informed of the new schedule with care.
