The 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training unfolds in two integrated phases.

The first 100 hours is the Yoga Immersion, a three-module journey designed to deepen your personal practice and reconnect you with your authentic self. The second 100 hours make up the Teacher Training, also held over three modules, where your inner work naturally evolves into the skills and confidence to share yoga with purpose. Together, these six modules create a holistic path of growth, understanding, and embodied learning.

During the first three modules of the Immersion, you’ll be invited to turn inward―deepening your own practice, reconnecting with your authentic expression, and drawing inspiration from the ancient wisdom of yoga.

Among other things, you will explore the foundations of yoga, including:

  • History, origins, and the main schools and lineages such as Classical Yoga, Advaita Vedanta, and Tantra

  • Comparative teachings across the major yogic traditions

  • Core yogic texts, including the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali and the Bhagavad Gita

  • An introduction to the Shakta Shaiva Tantra tradition ― the main tradition of Stambha Life Academy

  • Anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics

  • Yoga asana

  • Pranayama and the subtle body

  • Introduction to meditation practices

100-hour Yoga Immersion can be taken as a standalone training as described above, and it also serves as the first half of the full 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training if students intend to continue to complete the full training.

Our life academy’s founder Ezgi Taslidere taught over twenty 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Trainings including +300-Hour Advanced Teacher Trainings. After many years of continued studies, research, teaching, and exploration, we founded our own holistic methodology that honors all dimensions of yoga centered on the Shakta Shaiva Tantra Tradition and Philosophy. In terms of the physical practice aspect, we have our own terminology and way to ignite the innate wisdom of the physical body based on the three main awareness actions of Stambha Yoga, all of which have organically emerged after years of deep studies and extensive work with many people over various trainings in addition to our own embodiment of these practices.

    There will also be additional meetings and teachings online throughout these five months. We will be using a Private Community Networking Platform throughout the training. All the content will be curated also on that platform to enhance your learning experience in the best way.

    * A minimum of 15 participants is required for this training to begin. If this number is not reached, we may shift the training to a later date to ensure the depth, presence, and quality that STAMBHA stands for. In such a case, your registration will remain fully valid, and you will be informed of the new schedule with care.
