After years of guiding deep personal transformational journeys, we felt the call to design a course that would deliver on the same promise yet through simple applicable tools.

LIVING YOU, a 4-week course that draws inspiration from the profound teachings of the Hindu Shakta Shaiva Tantra tradition as well as other spiritual and personal growth disciplines.

This new format honors the essential teachings of STAMBHA Life Philosophy, which have organically emerged after years of deep studies and extensive work with people from different backgrounds and at different stages in their life.

Ezgi Taslidere, STAMBHA’s founder and visionary, has so far been sharing her profound knowledge through trainings and healing journeys and is now in service of a bigger mission - supporting the collective Self discovery towards purpose and meaning.

    There will be recorded lectures and exercises throughout the week to do on your own time.
