“I’ve always been a very curious person, particularly fascinated by different cultures and the diversity of the natural world. I love the energizing feeling of travel and the peaceful sensations mother nature gives me.

My inner curiosity brought me to leaving my own country and to studying many different subjects over the years.

Originally from Italy, I have so far lived in London, Geneva and Zurich – my current home.

I have been practicing yoga for over six years, but it wasn’t until the first teacher training at Stambha that I truly connected with the yoga tradition. I was in need of greater knowledge and a deeper connection to spirituality.

The teacher training led me to the discovery of other personal growth tools such as astrology, which I then decided to study in more depth.

Alongside the practice and study of these ancient disciplines, I have been devoting my professional career to marketing and communication in various fields. My experience of both start-ups and the corporates taught me resilience, hard work and the importance of having a purpose to believe in. There’s always a WHY behind everything we do.”
