With a love for exploration, creativity, and storytelling, Clara has spent years weaving together experiences from across the globe. Living abroad and immersing themselves in different cultures, she discovered how curiosity and openness can bridge worlds and inspire new perspectives. Her work as a videomaker reflects this passion—capturing the beauty of human connection and the shared stories that unite us.

This sense of connection flows naturally into Clara's yoga practice. Grounded in the Stambha philosophy, she try to bring the same compassion and mindfulness to the mat as she tries to do to life. When practicing yoga; creativity, and mindfulness come together in a way that feels both grounding and inspiring. Each session is a journey—drawing from experiences and artistic sensibilities to explore the inner world while connecting with the world around them. For Clara yoga is weaving movement and mindfulness into what feels like an unfolding story.
