STAMBHA Holistic Massage is an approach to massage that embraces the body, mind, and spirit as an integrated whole, engaging all of our senses to truly perceive and connect. Here, "holistic" means the therapist’s awareness encompasses every layer of the individual they are working with.

Our practice involves working with both the physical body and the energetic field, blending knowledge with intuition, being mindful and present in our touch. Our goal is to empower each individual to connect with their own intrinsic healer. We approach every being with deep respect and unconditional love, welcoming them as they are. As therapists, we honor each person as a spiritual being and bow to the essence within them.

In Holistic Massage, we see healing as a path and a journey rather than a destination. Together, we embrace the unfolding process and enjoy the trip fully.

This 50-hour Basic Training is open to everyone, with no prior experience or knowledge required.

The training is led by Peter Stalder and is offered in both English and German.
