1:1 Athletic Movement Training Sessions

Brian King has studied the physical body from multiple perspectives and as an athlete himself, he has developed a deep relationship to the movement trainings he offers.

What is in it for you?

Through the School of Bodywork, Massage and Movement, the 1:1 Athletic Movement Training Sessions explores a more holistic approach to the physical body. With the foundation of Shakti Shiva Trantra tradition, the training actively brings participants deeper into their bodies, to become more fully aware of themselves.

Personal growth and development are approached from the knowledge and practice of the physical body. Learning the relationships between muscles, bones, ligaments and tendons, while experiencing ways to bring these aspects together in strength and freedom.
